After waiting indicated time withdrawal cancelled with no further info
On 29th of April I made a withdrawal of my funds, after 3 working days (lapse they have given me to complete the withdrawal) I asked them on live chat and via email why it was still pending. They answered me saying they were sorry and that they will tell "Financial department" and that I should have it solved for the next week but no info of why it was delayed. Same again, I waited and asked them again and they once more told me the same with no more info. Then they started not answering my emails, so I only contacted them by live chat. Today with no further info they cancelled my withdrawal. When I asked this morning why, they told me their "payment provider" has changed and now I need to deposit an extra amount so they can have my details (but what they dont tell you is that if you want to withdraw your money you have to wager all the amount of your deposit). I didn't do this and now I tried a new withdrawal and asked on live chat specifically about it and suddenly there was no problem at all with payment provider and that I should have my money in 3 to 5 days, as if nothing has happened. I suspect they are deliberately delaying my withdrawal and cancelling it so I bet all my money in desperation and loose it. I also asked if there was a verification problem and they said no, that if they needed further info they will tell me.
Only problem with cancelled withdrawal was payment provider (that is what they said to me when it was cancelled after asking several times with no info just "financial department advised") but with new withdrawal I specifically asked this matter and told me there was no problem.
