I therefore made a withdrawal of 500€ maximum authorized per day. today the 24/01 I continued to play on several games. suddenly I got an error message "user disabled" I immediately contacted customer service who told me that my account had been closed on management's decosion. I sent an email for more details but no response. I have a balance that always appears at €2800 and two withdrawal requests for €300 and €500. I did not open a double account or so it goes back a very long time but I do not remember. I did not take any bonus. In short, in my opinion, I respected all the general conditions. I have in no way fraud or requested a chargeback of my deposits... for proof I am sending you a copy of my card where the 5x500€ deposited appear. but in no case did I ask for a chargeback... bring me proof because on my side nothing has been done to violate your rules or general conditions of sale.
