21500 CHF - when will they be paid

I am contacting you to file a formal complaint regarding Powbet Casino due to significant and ongoing delays with my withdrawals.

I had a total balance of more than €55,000 in my Powbet Casino account. From this balance, I submitted three separate withdrawal requests of 20,000 NOK each, totaling 60,000 NOK; over a month has gone by without me receiving these funds.

I have been waiting for these withdrawals to be processed for an extended period of time, but I have still not received the funds. Despite the significant amount of money involved, I have not been given a clear explanation for why my withdrawals are taking so long or when I can expect to receive them.

I would like to emphasize that I completed all verification procedures requested by Powbet Casino and, to the best of my knowledge, complied with the casino's Terms and Conditions. Therefore, I do not understand why my withdrawal requests have remained pending for such a long period.

I have contacted Powbet Casino's customer support several times in an attempt to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory solution, and the three withdrawals of 20,000 NOK each remain unpaid.

I am therefore asking AskGamblers to review my case and assist me in receiving the funds that I have requested to withdraw.

I have made several attempts to resolve this matter directly with Powbet Casino, but the withdrawal delays have continued without a proper resolution.

Given the substantial amount of money involved, I am very concerned about this situation. I would greatly appreciate AskGamblers' assistance in investigating the matter and helping ensure that my pending withdrawals are processed and that I am able to receive the remainder of my funds without further unnecessary delays.

Hello, I haven't received my payment for over a week now, I feel aggrieved and I want to receive my payment. They don't pay me any money and they still owe me. 1 month ago I wanted to make a withdrawal, to which they asked me to verify my account, they asked me for 4 things, a photo of my ID, a selfie with my ID, a receipt with my home address and account statements where my deposits appear, but of my 7 deposits, only 2 were made with my bank's app, the remaining 5 were in cash, and that was the detail, in order to verify my account they asked me for a video call, which I gave them the time and date within the time they had available. When I did this, they stopped responding to the emails and they blocked my account. Here I think that they thought it was a third-party account or a fake account, that's why they asked for a video call, but when I accepted the video call they already understood that it was a real account and they preferred not to respond and block so as not to pay me my money, despite that I waited for the video call on January 27, which they never made. I left them another email rescheduling the video call for February 3, but never They responded. I wrote to the chat and they told me that the video call was scheduled even though they did not confirm it by email, but when the day came the video call was never made. I rescheduled it once again for February 10, but it was not done either, not respond to the emails when before they did it within hours and blocked the account it is evident that they do not want to pay me and they stole my money which was something like 32700 PEN, a approximately 8,800 dollars and in deposits I had 4,200 PEN, approximately 1,150 dollars. Please I hope you can help me, the amount of my money is high, and it is not correct that betting houses for no reason block me when we were agreeing to a video call, I hope for your help or at least guide me on what I can do since I do not want to lose my money, please.

Dear Support, I had a problem playing on Casino Site Powbet.. The problem goes like this:

On 30.08.2024 I had trough deposit won prize for claw Maschine. And on the claw Maschine I won 30€ bonus. After I played my real balance I activated the bonus balance and started to play. In the free Games on Book of Toro I won max win on 40c (2970€ on 15 free spins). After the free spins were over, I got out to see how much do I have to wager to get the money. It was something like 1500€ rest. Then I played Book of Dead on 5€ per spin. After the wagering I was left with 2590€ which then was transferred to real balance. I have tried to withdraw the money and I was allowed only 800€ per transaction to withdraw. So I finished withdrawal just to see dose it works. After I saw it I cancelled the withdrawal and was playing. All Foto will be sent. Then I played for a couple of hours on Live casino and placed some bets. In one moment I was up to 3500€ and little bit later I had withdrawn again 800€ and 700€ was left on balance. I had open bets for 450€. On the next day I logged in to my account and saw, there was no balance left. I had just a 0. Immediately after I saw that I wrote to live support. They said I should look for balance history. I looked there and saw the withdrawal of 800€ was cancelled, and 1500€ was withdrawn. That was all without my consent or permission. They told me that the money would be sent to the account that u used for deposits. I have asked couple times a different support person and got every time a different answer.. Now after more than 2 weeks, the withdrawal is completed on my balance history.. But I didn’t get any money. The casino is not giving me any answer. Support is not answering. They only say I got 200€ from the bonus, and that money is gone. I am playing often on the site, and this is my first withdrawal. I had bigger wins but never cashed out. I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue with withdrawing of my funds from betting account. Despite my account being fully activated and verified having had no previous issues with withdrawals several months ago, I am currently unable to withdraw money from my account. After setting withdrawal request and choosing payment method (tried bank transfer, card tranfer, cryptocurrency) the error message always pop up saying that withdrawal request is restricted. I want to withdraw all my funds from the account, the balance is currently 107.96 e.

I have attempted to resolve this matter by reaching out to online support team and have also sent emails to technical support department. Unfortunately, I have not received any further responses or assistance in this matter through email after one month and on-line support is just replying me to be patient.

Please let me know if you require any additional information to quickly resolve of this problem.
