Hello.

I am writing to you cause I have a problem with the POSIDO Casino.

I have withdrawn on 3.1.2025 300 euros. And today is 17.1. and my withdrawal is not yet in my bank account. They keep telling me that it's a delay cause of a lot of withdrawals and that they have sent messages to the financial department to speed up the process and still nothing. I will paste the chat with one of the AGENTS there. So there it is.

This is always day by day that I am giving on chat and the money still didn't arrive.

In my profile in POSIDO Casino, it says that I dont need it right now to be verified cause my profile is verifed.

So pls help me that I get my money.

The usual withdrawal they said is 1-3 business days. This is now 14 days
