Complaint not handled for a month now
Hello. I have sent a complaint to posido casino on 27/10/2022 and its been already 20 days and i have not heard anything regarding my complaint and the live chat always says the same thing that its currently under review and i need to wait more time.
The casinos own terms and conditions say it would give an answer to complaint in 10 days time or atleast inform something but i have not heard anything ever its like they just ignored the whole complaint and i fear they will never come back to me or it will take unreasonably long time to get finally an answer from them to my complaint i submitted against them.
I would like to get help from here to finally get an answer to my complaint and decision from their end this is also important because without it i can't even escalate my complaint to anywhere else if needed because i would first ofcourse get their decision regarding my complaint.
Now i have attached everything here that i have. My original complaint to them which was never answered back or handled, the automatic response from their e-mail that says "request received", and me going into the chat and asking whats going on and they keep telling me everytime that its under review and to wait more time.
Its soon going to be a month waiting and thats just ridicilous to wait that long for them to handle a complaint or give any reply back. Also anyone else if they want to try this casino and if they will ever have problems and want to submit a complaint this will show that they are not the fastest casino in resolving or handling complaints. I did not want to come here but they have forced me i just want to get my complaint handled and resolved in reasonable time.
