I made an account with Posido about two weeks ago, everything went well at first, but after the last sports betting win (170e) problems have appeared.
For some reason more than 2000e appeared in my account? I asked the live chats what the heck is it all about? Because I myself have never won such an amount from anything, neither from a casino nor from sports betting.
Live chats said they will find out what it is and then let me know by email.
It's already been two weeks since Posido closed my account because of this, I've asked them several times for more information, but they just ask me to wait for an email.
