I have been waiting 19 days so far for my withdrawal of $750 Canadian.
After multiple talks with the live support chat, we have gotten nowhere every time I talk to them.
I’m being told it is due to a higher number of withdrawals being made. I am also being told that my withdrawal is in the final stage of processing, and they are going to talk to the finance department to try to speed things up.
I have been told that for two weeks.
