Verification very slow and withdraw of £311 pending

On the 6th of November I attempted to withdraw and I sent in my documents (see attached image) ( the site doesn't show when you have submitted your documents of it so I can't show you evidence it)

Plush Casino states on their verification page that it can take upto 3 working days (see attached image)

I have since contacted support multiple times asking if there is any reason for my verification taking soo long and they have just replied with telling me that I will be contacted when documents have an a update with my verification.

This doesn't really feel like a great/reasonable response when it has been almost 2 weeks since I submitted my documents.
