I have sent my proof of id an also picture of my bank card exactly how they asked me to. Yet still heard anything I have won £8058.44 an it’s really frustrating that I can’t withdraw my winnings. I have sent a couple of emails to the support team an spoke a bot on there site also sent message to playojo on twitter an Facebook. Twitter is non responsive an Facebook bot is broken.
