I have requested a withdrawal of £70 on the 4th of November. I still haven't received it. I also haven't received any response via email. The bot 'Marcus' sends you around in circles with no answer. I have twice managed somehow to put myself onto an adviser but it times out and the chat disappears. I would just like to know when my withdrawal will be in my bank. It takes seconds for me to put money in their account, why does it take over 6days for them to put it into mine?
