Zero contact and impossible to verify account and withdraw
Impossible to contact or get a reply.
I have been asked to submit my documents. I provided all requested documents nearly 48 hours ago. It states I will get an email to confirm they have been received. I have now sent documents 3 times just to make sure and I can't get a reply via email or via web chat. Was speaking with a robot at 2 pm today and was told an adviser will be with me when. It is now 9 pm with not even one reply to my chat.
The real issue I have is I have a large balance that I can't withdraw until the documents are verified. That they say usually takes 12 hours and if not done in 48 hours to contact them. And I have tried it on many occasions.
I have even asked how to put a loss limit on my account because I can't withdraw and I'm afraid I will play on lose the lot. Not even a response on how I put a loss limit.
Never found a company so hard to get a reply to either via email or the chat option.
I'm now having to ask a friend to change the password on my account as I don't want to spend my balance.
