Yet to verify my documents after promised 48 hours and has not respond to my emails
After playing a few slot games, I won some money and wanted to withdraw my winnings. I was told to submit my documents before I could withdraw and I did on Wednesday.
It has been over 48 hours since I submitted my files, and I have yet to receive an email confirmation about my documents being checked. I have tried talking with live chat and they did not help at all, and I emailed and still haven't gotten a response!
