I sent my identification, bank card, and proof of address a while back which was all accepted and now I am unable to withdraw my £80 funds.
When I try to withdraw it prompts me to upload my documents again which I have done.
I have tried to get through to someone via live chat and email and had no luck. I'm just confused as to why they need more documents from me after they have already been verified.
