Withdrawing of funds taking too long over a passport
Hi I signed up for playojo on 13thJune 2022. I deposited the sum of £250.00. I played with this and I won. I cashed out on 13th June 2022 with £2190.00. I've not received my funds as playojo still holding it. I've gone into chat no one responds I've also sent emails no response. I was asked give bank details this I did. Was asked to upload documents this I did. Address verified debit card verified and I'd verified so no reason to hold payment. Then today I get email saying need to upload shinny new passport for my I'd as my passport expired on 18th June 2022. They had already verified this then changed it I do not have any photo I'd I only had passport as u do not drive. I been told different things different agents . All I want is to be paid my withdrawal. I've had over a week of being mucked about, please can you help me?
