Withdrawals form August and September have not arrived
I have been going in an open endless loop with email support and I need to resolve this issue.
In July, they had successfully sent me two withdrawals to my account without issue. Between July and August, I did not modify any of my bank information with them. In August and Sept, withdrawal amounts of $609.02 and $403.77 did not arrive to that same account.
I have provided them with statements to show them this, those statements include the transit number, account number, my name, address, the institution, and transaction record for the time in question. I have also provided them with a void cheque for them to see all of this detail as well as the branch number together. With all this detail, they continue to email back saying the information I'm providing doesn't match what they have, but the robot doesn't specify what isn't matching.
At this point there is no more information I can provide and wish I could just speak to someone there to resolve. I might be losing $1000, which is alot for us.
