I won 1000 on the 9/05/22 and immediately started the withdrawal process. However, I have still not received the amount and have tried to contact PlayOJO by email and the online chat on numerous occasions with no reply. I have been verified by PlayOJO with all necessary documents included. The withdrawal still says that it is pending but when I have ready PlayOjos website it says 7 days maximum.
