Withdrawal tech glitch
I've attempted numerous times trying to withdrawal my winnings from my Playojo account with no success. After verifying my bank info to withdrawal money and verifying with my bank that it is ME requesting to withdrawal, I still haven't received a notification for the info to process my withdrawal. I know when you make a deposit, there's a pop up screen providing all their info to process a deposit but everytime I try to withdrawal, the screen doesn't change and I can't enter any info ($amt etc).
The only withdrawal option is eCashout and nothing else even though I've used e-transfer through my bank to deposit
I got to try once and the request from Wyzia was declined.
What am I missing here? There have been technical glitches for the past 24hrs on the site and I have tried contacted them with no success.
