I made a £700 withdrawal on 28th December. Since then the withdrawal has shown as pending. Its not been looked at. I am a regular player there for a couple of years, the longest I've had to wait previously is 24hours. The communication from the casino is extremely poor. To now be on day 4 waiting is a disproportionate length of time for a PayPal transfer. I would like the money owed to me be paid out today.

I was transfered to a specialised team via the live chat around lunchtime today and was told my case was highlighted as high priority, I was told my withdrawal would be concluded soon. Nothing has happened since then which seem pretty standard for this company. Very poor customer service and standards.
