Withdrawal still not being processed after over a week
I submitted a withdrawal on the 23rd of June, so it’s been just over a week, and the withdrawal still hasn’t been processed.
I started by emailing play ojo support asking why this hasn’t been processed yet. They did reply to start with and stated that I needed to submit documents proving that my PayPal account was mine, I’ve now submitted these documents and I had an email saying the documents have been verified, however, there’s still not been any progress with my withdrawal, and I have written many emails to the play ojo support and they now seem to not be replying!
I’m starting to think that I’m not going to be getting my money at all!
