They don't process my withdrawal request of 1150$. They don't answer on live chat and by email. I've sent an email to the support team 3 days ago and I got no answer since.
My withdrawal always stay on « in playojo process » I hope you can do something for me. In the FAQ they say they are checking withdrawal request in 11hrs but they don't. I have made withdrawal before like couple months ago and always had my money but since than, they never process my withdrawal request.
