I have emailed multiple times and tried to use the chat feature with no response.
I submitted a request for a withdrawal which was showing as pending. However upon checking today there are no pending withdrawals showing and no completed withdrawals showing either. I just want to know where my money is.

The total amount is £215.
I eventually spoke to somebody via chat this morning who updated me with the fact I needed to provide my bank details as there had been an issue trying to pay to my card. I never received any correspondence in regards to this otherwise I would've been able to send bank details sooner.
I have now sent my details to this person via email who has told me they will send it to the payments department.
There is no update on my account, still no pending transaction showing yet, so I am now waiting for anything to be processed and confirmed.
