Withdrawal processing but no communication since the 25th
I made a withdrawal request on Saturday 25th June (my first one). I then uploaded all documents and had two automated emails confirming two had been verified. I sent multiple emails and have had one response asking for proof of Apple Pay ownership; I uploaded this immediately along with my ID, proof of address etc. I was told in this email that my documents would be checked usually within 12 hours and that I would receive my funds instantly once approved.
I have waited nearly 4 days with no contact. I have tried to use the live chat and I have sent a few emails but I have not had anything back since. My account still says player pending under my pending transactions.
This is the first time I have used OJO properly and attempted to make a withdrawal. I understand the verification process but I would like some form of communication to let me know what is going on and when to expect funds. I have never had this delay with other casinos online and after reading other complaints I am wondering if I will get my funds at all
