I made a withdrawal yesterday and keep checking my account and it just keeps saying pending.
I've heard nothing from PlayOJO to update me.
I've emailed twice with no reply, I've spoken with chat operators but have been told that withdrawals are processed within hours.
It also says this on the website and to wait, yet it's been over 30hrs.
I don't know what the hold-up is or when I will get the funds.
No one is giving me a straight answer - chat operators don't always reply and they take hours to reply.
Please can this be looked into why it is taking so long a reply to my email/chat with what is happening and when I will get my withdrawal?
