Opened an account on 31/12/2022, made a withdrawal of £60 the same day, at this point asked for no verification, this transaction was pending for 4 days, I decided to submit my identification details which were approved on 06/01/2023. I have emailed playojo 4 times since asking for support which all emails have been ignored, it's now 16/01/2023 and the £60 withdrawal transaction is still showing pending, I really don't know which way to turn, I see from the reviews of playojo this is a common problem.
