I am fairly new to ojo. Was verified a few weeks ago and have made around the same amount of withdrawals to deposits. I requested a withdrawal of only £35 three days ago and its still pending. I have emailed twice and exhausted the live chat as its just a bot with automated answers. Since then, I have bagged myself a fairly big win and cannot withdraw as I already have a pending withdrawal. I have had no emails or messages relating to anything I need to do. I just don't want to lose out on my winnings.
