Withdrawal of £850 pending over 72 hours and no answers
Requested withdrawal of winnings of £850 to same account used to deposit on the 10/10/22 at around 0930, in there terms and conditions states this will be processed normally within 12 hours, its now been 3 and half days at time of writing and says Player Pending but I have had no correspondence and my account has been validated with all docs submitted prior to withdraw and confirmed accepted.

I have verified my account and identity prior to withdraw with PlayOJO providing, id, address letter and copy of bank card as they requested and all were accepted as per emails received, again this was done prior to withdrawal, as i wanted everything good to go.
This is very worrying for me as after I withdraw the £850 above, I then continued to play the next day and won over £1000 I now cannot transfer this new winnings until the £850 has been processed.
I will add they were happy to take my deposits which over this period was £650 from again the same account I am withdrawing to.
I have time stamped screenshots of all my account, games played with game ids when I won the amounts, including live chat.
I just want the money I have won as you should be able to get like all other online casinos, I hope this is not a tactic to make me continue to play with current bank roll, and I hope I will get the money I have won, I have spoken to my bank and they have said if we allowed you to deposit then then receiving back into same UK account wont be an issue.
