Withdrawal of 500gbp refused due to wanting documents but no info on what they want or response
Wins of £500 in balance, attempted to withdraw but got a message saying they needed documents and a redirect to the documents page.
No information on this page as to what documents are needed - assumed as I have previously been fully validated that it's down to my card expiring and me using Apple Pay for the first time so submitted apple pay screenshot and card details which gave me a message that they would review them in 12 hrs and send an email confirming they were received but this has not happened and no response to chat requests either despite that stating they would respond within 6 hrs. No option left other than to initiate complaint
