Withdrawal of 300usd held and no communication
Hi, I made 2 x deposits of $60 and $70, decided to cash out at $300.00. This was on Sunday May 7/23. They requested my ID, which I provided my D/L and a Hydro bill for proof of address. Said “proof of ID has been submitted”. By Tuesday May 9th, still no email from them confirming my ID. Submitted ID again on Tuesday May 9th. Numerous emails to [email protected]. with no response. Chat is absolutely useless which states issue should be resolved is 12-24 hours.
Re-submitted ID again on Saturday May 20th. Now I receive 4 emails stating that they have received duplicate copies of my documents??? But yet not one email confirming my ID was even received in the 1st place! It is now Wednesday May 17th and I still cannot withdraw my $300.00! That’s 11 days!
This is absolutely the worse Casino I have ever dealt with! There is zero communication in emails or chat. I have copies of 14 plus emails to them.
Please assist me with my withdrawal.
