Withdrawal not received 16 days after being approved and processed
All of my documents at this online casino are fully verified.
I requested a withdrawal of $3055 NZD via my debit card that I used to deposit money. I later was told this couldn’t be done and to provide my bank account details.
So I provided my bank account details and within a few days my withdrawal was approved and “processed” - this was on the 23/04/2024.
It’s now been 16 days / 11 business days and the withdrawal has not been received.
I’ve reached out to playojo support via live chat and email numerous times over the last 2 weeks and they have been unhelpful.
One person from the payments department said something like “reach back out after the credit card time frame with proof of deposits to your account” - but I had my withdrawal processed via wire transfer, so their response was frustrating.
Then I reached out x2 with proof the deposit hasn’t come in - and heard nothing.
Then I emailed again saying I would be making a complaint, and they said they’d pass it on to the payments department again. I’ve emailed to follow up and I haven’t heard anything in 2 days again.
I would like the situation resolved and the withdrawal received to my account. International payments have never taken this long in all my previous experiences, so something has clearly gone wrong and they aren’t willing to fix it in a timely manner.
