I made deposit of £20 on Saturday 27th August, played a few slot games and won £332.
I then requested a withdrawal of £332 on Saturday 27th August. This has disappeared from my account. Not in pending and not showing as processed. It has not been paid to me.
I have emailed PlayOJO many times and they never reply to me. I would like this issue resolved and my withdrawal paid to me as soon as possible.

Your withdrawal is pending as we need bank details to proceed with the payment. Support just called you now asking the bank details and they followed up via email with the details needed
