Withdrawal not completed as reached pending limits
I have been with Play OJO for a long time and have had no issues, I have always found it to be a great site and always been able to have queries dealt with straight away by support, until trying to withdraw my latest winnings.
I tried to withdraw £500, but it said that I had reached my pending limits, so I contacted support on the 6th June. On the 9th June support messaged me and said that they had reset my pending limits, I tried withdrawing the same amount again, and still the same problem exists. I have since tried messaging on the support chat and emailing, but no one is contacting me back to let me know what is happening.
Can someone please contact me so that this issue can be resolved, as I do like this site and have never had any issues before.
