I made a withdrawal over 48hours ago now through fast bank transfer.
One reply on chat that stated it takes 11 hours. Well I’m guessing 48hours is a lot more than the 11 I’m being told. No response at all after that. No reply to my email to customer support. It’s a joke.
Proof of identification was sent and accepted.
