Withdrawal not being processed
I joined PlayOJO on November 30th and made 2 deposits. On my 3rd deposit of £250.00 I was blocked from playing and made to answer questions on increasing my spending limits. I was asked to choose to wait 72 hours or I can have my funds (£250.00) withdrawn. I chose to withdraw my funds. Since then I have been asked to upload proof of ID, proof of Address and also to submit my Bank Details for them to make an international wire transfer, even though all my deposits were made via a debit card.
I have done everything they’ve asked but my withdrawal request is still sitting in their first stage process. I do not want to carry on playing with this casino, I just want my funds refunded. There is no proper support chains apart from a BOT agent who says all their agents are busy. Email support is very slow as I’ve not had a response since Dec 2nd.
This is totally unacceptable for a company to take your deposit, then to block you from playing and holding onto those funds for this amount of time.
