Withdrawal Lost
For the second time, a withdrawal from OJO has not arrived to my account. This happened once before, and after submitting a complaint here, they re-issued the funds by re-taking my account information. That same information should have been on file when I withdrew two amounts recently, one for $200 CAD and one for $300 CAD. The funds did not arrive. I have emailed and chat OJO as there is no other way to speak with them, and all I keep getting from them is a message that the funds were processed and with reference numbers that I should use with my bank to track it. When I call my bank and ask them if they can find these funds, they have no idea what these numbers represent, and without talking to someone at OJO cannot do anything with those references. When I tell OJO this, I get the same generic response. Meanwhile, the $500 is lost somewhere, and I am out that money. I have provided them with all the verification details they've requested, and the withdrawal via e-cashout, should have been simple. I hope that this complaint will urge them to take this matter seriously and either re-issue the funds as they have in the past, or call my bank and deal with them directly on where the error was made and where the funds were sent.
