Withdrawal issue and communication issue
I got very lucky to win a jackpot king regal pot of over 21k whilst playing Goonies, beyond this I won some other games putting balance to £31,000 total.
It really is life changing money for me and my family!
As previous other comments mention I usually get withdrawals instantly, the casino has a limit of £5000 withdrawal per day, I thought it might take some time, so on Thursday I made a withdrawal of £4700 expecting it to go through within 2 hours of doing it as all my previous withdrawals had. Unfortunately not the case. I messaged on the live chat which took around 1 hour to respond on Thursday, they were initially very helpful I explained that I won a large amount and had a total withdraw-able balance of £31,000, the representative stated that i could request a one off withdrawal for larger sums won so I did I requested the full £4700 pending and the remaining of my balance £26300 to be withdrawn. This was sent to the “payment team”. 12 hours later (Friday morning) I got an email asking for bank details which were all given within the hour . It was requested for some “optional” extra ID to be uploaded which again was all completed by 9am Friday morning. The initial emails back and forward within the hours of 7am and 9am where almost instant from playojo and it felt very refreshing. However when I went on to ask what the time frame is for my withdrawal, it all went quiet. I have since sent 3 emails requesting this information with no response. I decided to reach out via the live chat last night at 6:30 pm after no response to my emails with the team directly. The response time says “typically replies within minutes” well it’s now been nearly 12 hours on the so called “live chat” and still I haven’t had a response.
So the main reason I’m reaching out on here is because I cannot get any response via email or live chat on playojo and these are the only two ways of communicating they offer. And I don’t know when my withdrawal will be complete? Communication is severely lacking via playojo.
