I made my withdrawal request on Saturday early morning. After waiting for 24h or so, I contacted the support via chat and after a few hours of no response, then via email. Received an reply from them after waiting for a few hours saying they have escalated the issue to the payments team. This was 1.5 days ago. Sent a follow-up today earlier during lunch, but still haven't received an reply.
I have successfully verified and have been able to make withdrawals in the past at this casino. However this is starting to be unheard of, and haven't waited this long at any other place before.
