Hi,
I came here to find out why it is taking so long and solve this delayment. So on Sunday 8th March i requested the withdrawal at 2 pm Uk time. Since then morw than the promissed 11 hours of processing the withdrawal passed and its still saying pending. I want this to get solved fast and the process to fasten up since they promote the processing would take only 11 hours.
I hope you can help me since i normally really like your casino

Referring to the 11 hours , please note this is 11 ''working'' or ''business'' hours . You made the request on a Sunday so the 11 hrs started from Monday morning. We do pay on the weekends but for new requests placed on a Sunday the process begins early the next working day
We did try to process your withdrawal but because the Bank details were incorrect your withdrawal request was cancelled by us and you were notified . If a request is cancelled the process for the withdrawal begins again right from the beginning
Subsequently on the same day you repeatedly made new requests but kept cancelling them preferring to play with the winnings
i hope this clears things up and we look forward to seeing you back at PlayOJO

Ok so after i wrote and email about my withdrawal and asking the ojo team if its possible to speed up the payment. I got an email back today march 10th at 10 am saying the payment got cancelled. But still it was more than 11 hours of process for the withdrawal
I asked them why and got the information that the bank account number was false. I changed it later, for this it was my own fault because i misschanged it with my debit card number and tought they meant this as the account number..
This problem was solved.
I will make an withdrawal now again and i hope since i have the correct bank details now that it will go trough and wont take more than the first time or the advertised 11 hours to process or to get an information about the status.
I would like to leave this complaint open untill the payment got received.
To ojo: i like your casino very much and if everything gets solved i will still be an player there since you are my number 1 for now..
