I went to withdraw £60 from my account this morning after winning a game. It said pending player or something like that. I then went to check on it just a few hours later for the whole withdrawal to vanish. It hasn’t gone in my bank but it also isn’t on the withdrawal history. I just want to know where the money has gone and why there is no trace of it on my account now. I have tried to speak to people I have emailed and spoken to the chat but no one answered the emails and the chat bot just keeps saying the same thing . As you can see in the picture there is no trace of a withdrawal.

Hi your withdrawal of 250 GBP was completed via Wire Transfer yesterday
it can take between 2 to 7 business days for the money to reach your bank account
