Hi My username is leroy877, I have been waiting for my wired withdrawal for over 2 weeks.
When I speak to the customer care they tell me to send me my bank statement which shows I have not received my withdrawal. I have done this, and still not heard from the customer care team.
I have dealt with many casinos and i really like the user interface for this Casino, now i am thinking twice if i should even continue.
My withdrawals just consists of EUR500. I know this is a small amount , but i wanted to know how long it would usually take and by the looks of it.... it doesnt look good
Based on submitter's last post AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is officially closed now.

I can imagine the number of players that try to claim their withdrawal twice.
Thank you for a detailed explanation about what transpired from the transfer that was done from your end to my bank being unresponsive.
We shall wait and see if the Euro transfer takes place successfully and gets credited. Since the new wire was initiated on the 10th of October, we shall wait and see if it gets credited by the 15th of October , I'll give it another few days . Let's say the 17th.
If it does not come by then I will touch base with you.
