Withdrawal delayed beyond advertised time frames

As a user of online casinos, there is nothing more frustrating than being made to wait for withdrawals to be processed whilst deposits are taken from our bank accounts within seconds. My interest in OJO was peaked due to their claims of being a fair casino that treats their customers like people rather than just a number. I am severely disappointed with my experience so far...

OJO are misleading their customers by claiming that withdrawals will be processed asap. The time frame I was given initially was 11 hours. Nearly 24 hours later my withdrawal is still stuck at 'Pending' and of course available for reversal. I notice a previous complaint response from OJO states that the the finance team don't work all hours therefore withdrawals requested in the early hours of the morning may be delayed. This is not the case with my withdrawal as I withdrew at 12 noon.
As soon as I withdrew from the account I sent in verification documents including my photo ID and bank statement providing proof of address. Around 2 hours later I received emails confirming that my documents had been successfully verified. I assumed this would clear the way for my withdrawal to be processed. Why am I still waiting?

I have contacted their live chat a number of times to gain an understanding of what the delay might be. Their staff are extremely polite and friendly. However, they are unable to provide any real information regarding withdrawals. A standard response has been given on 3 different occasions that they would 'chase the finance team up.' ... but why should this be necessary? None of the people I have spoken to have been able to progress my withdrawal. I am completely in the dark as to why my payment has not been processed. I assume that if there was an issue or if they require more information from me they would contact me and ask for it but I have received no such contact.

How long do OJO expect us to wait for our money with no explanation of delays? 2 days, 3 days, A week? There does not appear to be a way to contact the finance team directly to inquire what is taking them so long therefore all we are left with is the general customer service team who cannot provide any information anyway.

OJO are falsely advertising that they will process withdrawals as soon as they possibly can. There has been ample time for them to process mine and no reason why I should still be waiting.

I am happy to confirm that after contacting customer support again my withdrawal has been processed.

I do feel that it is unacceptable to have had to chase them up so much in order to get my own money when they advertise fuss free and fast processing. All security checks should have been completed when they emailed me yesterday saying my documents had been approved and verified yet I still had to wait 24 hours after this.

I would suggest to others to expect to wait much longer than the 11 hours they initially tell you. Perhaps, especially if it is your first withdrawal. However, we did get there in the end.

I spoke to Jens at customer support who was able to speed up the process whilst I was still on the chat so a big thank u to him.

In the future I think I will stick to more mainstream sites who seem to be able to provide a more streamlined withdrawal process.

The withdrawal amount I am awaiting to be processed is £900.

It is now 25 hours since my request. It has still not processed and I have had no contact from them.

Can you delay and withdrawal process
My ID on Playojo ([email protected]) Starting June 2, 2025, and ongoing until July 31, 2025. Although the casino will say I've been at it since October 26th 2024. Their system has been feeding me different stuff from the get-go that being said here my
version.
I received an email telling me here's five hundred dollars to play on we're celebrating 50 million on this platform.
So I started playing. And started having a great time I was winning and having fun. Starting June 9th I put in requests for a withdrawal found out that I had to deposit $100 for verification of approval who I was kyc I believe that's called so I did that kept playing. I have full documentation of all our conversations for me to send them I think would be quite a bit but if need be I can go back and get dates for sure. So I believe June 12th I put in for another withdrawal I was told I had to verify my wallet which was $200.
So I deposited another $200 not taking in consideration the platform fee's. So the casino only recorded a deposit of $193.26
Therefore I didn't hit the $200 requirement to verify my wallet which was my bad I didn't get it right away but I realized that.
I believe on the 12th went on and sent another deposit of $207.66.
With a total of. $505.92 in their system.
So I just complained thinking they would fix it that would it would you know catch up with the system somehow and so I kept playing and I've gotten it up to the total of $615,787.31.
I got to that some and I stopped and I haven't played since I'm still trying to get resolved and resolution to my withdrawal with them admitting that it's all on their side that there should be no excuses I just need help I would like to collect

This situation has caused significant financial distress and frustration. I have followed all instructions provided by the casino's support team, yet the funds remain inaccessible.

I seek the immediate and full withdrawal of the $615,787.31 USD that is rightfully owed to me. I request AskGamblers' assistance in mediating this severe and protracted withdrawal dispute."
