Withdrawal delayed beyond advertised time frames
As a user of online casinos, there is nothing more frustrating than being made to wait for withdrawals to be processed whilst deposits are taken from our bank accounts within seconds. My interest in OJO was peaked due to their claims of being a fair casino that treats their customers like people rather than just a number. I am severely disappointed with my experience so far...
OJO are misleading their customers by claiming that withdrawals will be processed asap. The time frame I was given initially was 11 hours. Nearly 24 hours later my withdrawal is still stuck at 'Pending' and of course available for reversal. I notice a previous complaint response from OJO states that the the finance team don't work all hours therefore withdrawals requested in the early hours of the morning may be delayed. This is not the case with my withdrawal as I withdrew at 12 noon.
As soon as I withdrew from the account I sent in verification documents including my photo ID and bank statement providing proof of address. Around 2 hours later I received emails confirming that my documents had been successfully verified. I assumed this would clear the way for my withdrawal to be processed. Why am I still waiting?
I have contacted their live chat a number of times to gain an understanding of what the delay might be. Their staff are extremely polite and friendly. However, they are unable to provide any real information regarding withdrawals. A standard response has been given on 3 different occasions that they would 'chase the finance team up.' ... but why should this be necessary? None of the people I have spoken to have been able to progress my withdrawal. I am completely in the dark as to why my payment has not been processed. I assume that if there was an issue or if they require more information from me they would contact me and ask for it but I have received no such contact.
How long do OJO expect us to wait for our money with no explanation of delays? 2 days, 3 days, A week? There does not appear to be a way to contact the finance team directly to inquire what is taking them so long therefore all we are left with is the general customer service team who cannot provide any information anyway.
