I am a verified player and I requested a £5000 withdrawal over 24 hours ago. I am struggling to get hold of an actual human being on chat or email to escalate the issue. This is my first withdrawal with the operator but I feel this length of delay with minimal communication is poor. Deposits are processed instantly, what should be the issue when they have to pay out?
