Withdrawal and banking verification issues
I'm having issues making a withdrawal of $538 from my casino account. After a couple of weeks {since Dec 23rd} emailing and uploading documents to verify my Identity/banking info, I finally received a response.
This past week on January 2nd, I received a response from the support team saying all documents have been verified and approved, I can move forward with the withdrawal procedure.
I've been trying to make the withdrawal and I continue to receive a notice that the system can't authenticate or verify my bank account (same one I use to make deposits) and to send bank documents to the support team. I've done this already, it was submitted with all documents. I've sent several emails, and nobody seems reply or it takes quite some before any is given. It's and endless effort. Their online chat portal is a chat bot, and any effort you give to type up a complaint, the window will close before you can send your message.
I would like to resolve this matter.
