Good evening,
I've been waiting since the 20th of July for three withdrawals. I've received one on Tuesday the 2nd of August after 12 emails to them and various IM on the app.
The service and customer support has been non existent. I need some help resolving this please and have needed the money for weeks now. They owe me £1450 and £110 still.

This is absolute nonsense. I was informed last week that all three payments were to be sent. Top many people get involved in these situations and your company hasn't a clue what's going on. I can't believe I'm still having to chase this up. Funny that my £110 was processed yesterday isn't it and of course I haven't received it otherwise I wouldn't be complaining. Now please tell me what private information I need to show you to prove that you still HAVEN'T paid me my money, what an absolute joke your service and speed is to respond. Please also tell me how much longer I will have to wait after supplying this information before I receive my £1450. I've been waiting since the 20th and will be looking for an instant transfer today!!
