I’’n filing a complaint because I withdrew £59 on the 2nd February 2024 and I’m still waiting for the withdrawal (29th February 2024) after sending proof of bank statements over email but then once I had sent the emails with proof I’ve heard nothing for 2 weeks. I just want to receive what’s owed to me.

Hi we sent the payment on the 2nd Feb but after now checking with our processing partner, there was a service disruption experienced in their systems during that date and the payment was not properly executed.
