Hi, I am still waiting days for a response after uploading my documents to get verified so I can make withdrawals. I have tried to contact them on live chat and also emailed them directly a few times with no response. I need this sorted out as I have a lot of money in my account and this is not acceptable I need this sorted out as soon as possible at least a reply by email to let me know what’s going on and if they even received my documents.
