I have been waiting for 6 weeks for a pending withdrawl of £100 to paid despite uploading required documents etc. I have also tried contacting their customer service team both by email & the chat bot. To date i have not received a reply to my issue. Also have £300 in my account i want to withdraw but am unable to do so until this one is paid out.
