I have submitted my passport as verification as they wanted to confirm my name and I still can’t withdraw the winnings without an error message coming up saying I need to upload documents but doesn’t say what, as it has already been done. I have emailed several times and had no response from the company I have been trying to sort this since the start of last week. Thank you
