Verification withdrawal contact
I uploaded all required documents and got confirmation that my account was verified. Then processed a £10 test withdrawal to make sure the funds get transferred correctly (got it within 48 hours) before requesting a bigger withdrawal of £2000.
I tried over 10 times to request the withdrawal but it was just saying “payment details updated” and nothing was showing on withdrawal requests.
I was then asked to verify my account again so I re-uploaded the same documents and got an email saying that 2 of them were verified but one of them was a duplicate document (all documents uploaded were the same as the first time so they should all had been marked as duplicated if that’s the case).
Tried getting in touch with them via email twice and never heard back and every time I use the live chat it takes over 2 days to get a response and I have to keep spamming them to get one.
They asked me to verify both credit cards used to top-up, one of them is only an electronic card and their requirements state that they accept screenshots of ApplePay wallet. I am asking them to clarify exactly what else is needed to verify the account, and they keep coming back with generic answers and not clearly answering my questions. They make topping-up so easy but when it comes to taking money out they’re not clear or helpful.
