I'm messaging this scam of a company for a month now, with countless messages, and resolver case, but nothing seems to work. My problem is even though I've provided them with EVERYTHING needed to get my money back the casino doesn't let me withdraw money. I'm still being greeted with "need to upload your documents" type of message when I try. This is sickening they've been asking for a photo of card I used to make deposit which I sent them, they're asking for a photo of card that expired(even though I used a different one to make the deposit). I told them the card has expired and I'd used a new one to make the deposit, fine been asked to upload bank statements with said deposits, done. No reply for two weeks now.
