Hi! I have been recommended to play on playojo by my friend but he forgot to tell me that they never check their live chat or emails. I sent pictures of my id and a bill to verify my address on the 12th of may, 3 days ago. On their policy it says that it would take 24 hours and at most 48 hours to verify my documents. I tried contacting them yesterday by email and live support but sadly no answer... I just want to withdraw my winnings and it has already been 3 days and I'm afraid it will take longer for them to answer. This is the first casino ever that has required me to send documents...
